As a teacher it is important to be enthusiastic, passionate, creative, hands on, imaginative, and engaging. It is important to me that students set expectations for themselves, and push themselves to reach all of their goals and dreams. With having at positive relationship, it allows me to help the children see the light at the end of the tunnel, and provide the positive feedback necessary to reach that next level. My classroom gives students the opportunity to succeed and to reach their full potential. Teachers should be their student’s biggest cheerleader, with a loving and safe classroom environment to learn.

All students are special and have their own unique personality. As an educator, you need to be flexible and sympathetic to situations that arise in the classroom. If a positive relationship was created, then the students can allow your encouragement and praise to guide them through and reach a positive outcome. Each student has their own history and backstory. All students come from different socio-economic backgrounds and cultures. All students have had a different experience with school and learning. Which gives each and every one of them unique personalities, experiences, and emotions. As an educator, being sensitive and understanding of these differences can give insight on how to teach to what the student needs. All students can learn.
It is an educators should get students excited about learning, which will help keep their focus on the content being taught. Just as how no two kids are the same, there is no one way to teach everyone. There are multiple ways of teaching, learning, and representing what one as learned. Educators should provide multiple ways of teaching content, which allows students to retain the learned information, and for students to express what they have learned. As an educator, it is your job to reach all of the students and provide them the appropriate environment for them to learn. Not all students can learn the same way or at the same rate. It is essential for an educator to know what type of learning styles your students learn best from. As an educator, a teacher, a role model, it is vital to get the students eager to learn and show them that learning can be fun. The children who learn the most, is when they don't realizing learning is happening. Learning should be meaningful and relevant to that child's life. They should be able to take what they learned in the classroom, go home and apply it to real life problems. When a child has motive, they create a dream, and from they dream a goal is formed. As a teacher it is your responsibility to make sure your students are successful and reach their goals.
